Payment Options
You can call us on 01782 - 760865 to order and pay us direct by UK credit or debit card , we have a secure payment system with Nat West - Streamline.
We don't keep any of your financial details on our system, they are passed on to the bank through our secure third-party server and we are only able to access a reference number if we need to make a refund to your card.
Online Payments
You can shop and pay for your purchases securely and easily online. Simply follow the checkout procedure and it will direct you through the whole process.
Our online payment system is 100% secure and handled on an encrypted (padlocked) page with our payment gateway provider.
**Please take care when entering payment details, as small mistakes can result in your card being declined - please enter your name exactly as it is on the card and enter the address to which your card is registered in the Billing address section. ( If a card is declined it is usually due to an input error - if this should happen please call us and we will be able to check the details).
When you pay - you enter a secure Internet site (https://) and your personal information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. To protect you against credit card fraud (where someone has discovered your credit card details but do not have your card), you will be asked to enter the unique security code printed on the back of your payment card.
You don't have to create an account or register on this site with any personal details to be able to place an order. We do not keep any of your personal details on our site.
There is the option of Direct Bank transfer payment - you can call and request our details - handy for online banking plus very fast and safe.
You can also pay by cheque - simply call in your order stating that you wish to pay by cheque and we will forward you an invoice by email.
Alternatively, you can choose Invoice and Payment before Delivery. If you choose this option, we send you a copy of your order in the post or by email and ask you to send us a cheque for the total amount - simply use our contact form to tell us what you require and that you would like a copy of your order to be sent out before you purchase .
